PSA Carries Out Audit of Ekofisk 2/4 Z

On 7 June 2013, the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway (PSA) carried out an audit of emergency preparedness and logistics on Ekofisk 2/4-Z.

Objective

The objective of the audit was to verify that Ekofisk 2/4-Z has been built in accordance with regulatory requirements within the technical disciplines of emergency preparedness and logistics.

Result

No non-conformities were identified.

Improvement points were identified in connection with:

– coxswains

– marking and signage

– materials handling

– access
