General functions:

• - Providing support to the Technical Department & QHSE/Vetting Department;
• - Monitoring operations email and update operational schedule of all vessels;
• - Preparing agenda and recording meeting minutes;
• - Keeping planboard up to date and reminding responsible persons of important dates;

• - Monitoring validation and record keeping of vessels certification in PMS & Sharepoint;
• - Monitoring files services reports and maintenance records;
• - Documentation dry-dock reports;
• - Supporting Technical Superintendents;

• - HVPQ and Q88 updates including First Delivery to commercial partners;
• - Processing of changes in procedures and manuals;
• - Preparing reoccurring ISO/QHSE administration;
• - General support QHSE/Vetting department;
