We are committed to driving excellence in our field through responsiveness and performance. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced process improvement specialist to join our team.

As a group process improvement specialist, you will play a pivotal role in operational excellence, GRC and enterprise architecture.

Role

The role involves implementing, improving, and maintaining the process governance and management framework in collaboration with the enterprise architect. The role also includes driving process maturity across the group, facilitating cross-functional and cross-division collaboration, leading process data analysis initiatives, identifying process inefficiencies, and modulating processes

Key Accountabilities

  • Implement, improve and maintain the process governance and management framework together with our enterprise architect.
  • Drive process maturity group wide though use of process maturity, communication and education
  • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-division collaboration and communication to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead process data analysis initiatives, including data extraction, analysis, and visualization in cooperation with business analysts.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and deviations through data-driven insights.
  • Identify and address potential risks associated with processes and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend process data and management tools (in collaboration with our architects) that aligns with the organization's needs and goals.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into process performance
  • Modulate processes to ensure they are efficient and effective

You will carry out your responsibilities in close collaboration with the group quality manager and your network.

Skills & Experience

This role is perfect for someone beyond entry level, eager to learn and grow with the job. We're seeking an individual with strong conceptual and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of process management and improvement strategies. a keen sense of initiative, a knack for engaging with managers, and a demonstrated ability to work with information effectively.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education
  • 4 years of experience in process improvement or related roles.
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant process improvement methodologies is a plus
  • Experience with process workshops and modelling tool like Mavim
