Damen Triton - Damen
The Role:
As a Client Success Manager, you will focus on clients of Damen Digital Solutions, internal and external Damen customers.
Your responsibilities will include supporting users in configuring Damen Triton to meet their needs, explaining Damen Triton through training and introduction sessions, and organizing feedback loops with our sales and development teams. You will play a central role in the Damen Triton user experience by providing broad support to clients.
You will act as the link between technical development teams, project managers, sales managers, and customers. You thrive on taking the initiative to improve our customer support activities. As a Client Success Manager, you should excel in communication and relationship management. While it’s good to have an interest in digitalization, ICT, and the shipping industry, your communication skills are the most important.
Key Accountabilities
Organizing and executing configuration and introduction meetings with customers.
Setting up feedback loops with customers and our technical teams.
Building customer relations by supporting them in using and configuring our digital products.
Determining customer requirements and relating these to the Damen Digital Product Portfolio.
Increasing retention rates on Damen Triton services.
Setting up and (partly) executing training & education methods for customers.
Supporting our marketing team in effective communication and promotion activities.
Controlling the subscription planning and status via our ERP tooling.
Skills & Experience:

Experience with a commercial mindset.
A good understanding of data platforms and digital products and services.
An interest and understanding of the maritime industry and various ship operations.
The ability to educate and motivate customers in their digitalization journey.
The ability to translate customer needs to existing solutions.
